How to get to London from Luton airport
London Luton Airport is located 35 miles (55 km’s) from Central London. There are a variety of public transportation options that can get you to and from Luton Airport as well as private taxis and car rental. The fastest option is via train, with a 25 minute journey time into the central London station of St Pancras. Trains run from Luton Parkway Station, which is about 1 mile from the airport. There is a shuttle bus that goes from the terminal to the station approximately every 10 minutes between 05:00 to 00:00. At Luton Parkway Station, there are trains that go directly to central London, taking 25 minutes to arrive at the major station of St Pancras. St Pancras station is a major transportation hub, with six underground lines, so from here it is possible to change train or take a bus to arrive at your destination.

Luton is located about 35 miles (55km) from Central London, with journey times varying from 60 to 90 minutes, but can often take longer depending on traffic conditions. There are three bus companies that provide services to London, with the bus stops located immediately outside the terminal.
- The National Express Company provide an efficient service, with frequent coaches running every 10-30 minutes in the daytime and every 30 minutes at night, 24/7. The bus goes to London Victoria Coach Station and stops along the way at Golders Green, South Hampstead, Lisson Grove, Baker Street station, George Street, Marble Arch, Victoria train station and Victoria Coach Station.
- Terravision also run a service from Luton airport to central London. The route is very similar to the National Express with stops at Bricket Wood, Brent Cross, Finchley Road, Baker Street, Marble Arch and Victoria. Buses run 24/7 and around every 15-40 minutes.
- Easybus runs a direct service from Luton Airport to Liverpool street, with trains running normally 1-2 times per hour (in the early morning hours there is no service).
