Join our York afternoon tea bus and enjoy a delicious meal as you see the top sights in the city! Our tour operates every Saturday and is a great way to explore the city with a twist. You’ll be served a delicious selection of sandwiches, scones, pastries, and teas as you travel on a double-decker bus. Your 60-minute afternoon tea bus will take you past York Minster, Micklegate Bar, Clifford’s Tower and more!

Our York afternoon tea bus tour

• Departs every Saturday at 12:30pm and 2:30pm from Memorial Gardens Bus Stop, Leeman Road. This is a short walk from York railway station
• See York’s top sights on a 60 minute tour of the city. Highlights include York Minster, Micklegate Bar, Clifford’s Tower, the racecourse and more
• Tuck into a delicious afternoon tea, with sandwiches, scones, pastries, and a selection of teas to choose from. View the standard menu and vegetarian menu 
• You’ll also be served a glass of Prosecco!
• Travel on a double decker bus

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time
• Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult
• A full refund will be offered up to 72 hours prior to departure, otherwise 100% charge will apply
• Bookings made within 72 hours of departure are not guaranteed the full menu
• For any special meal requests please reply to your booking confirmation email at least 72 hours in advance of your travel date. All special requests are subject to availability
• We cannot guarantee that all foods have not been in contact with nuts. Some of the dishes on the menus may be subject to change. Alcohol will only be served to those aged 18 and over – a valid ID will be required
• There are no toilets on-board
• This activity is not wheelchair accessible
