All tours and other services are booked direct with and operated by the local tour and/or service provider. The tour and/or service operators terms and conditions apply to all tours and/or services booked through the website ‘Tourist England’ and all reservations are operated and handled by the designated tour and/or service provider (the ‘Operator’ or ‘Provider’) and all queries including cancellations, changes, and complaints should be addressed directly to the tour and/or service operator. The tour and/or service operators terms & conditions can be viewed during the booking process, prior to confirmation of any booking. All Operator contact details are provided along with confirmation after booking.
Cancellations
Tours & Packages – you can view the specific cancellation policy for each tour/package on the tour description page and/or during the booking process, prior to booking.
Attraction tickets, theatre tickets, rail trips, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner products or any other products cannot be amended or cancelled once booked, unless otherwise stated on the product description page and/or during the booking process, prior to booking.
