Many attractions are opening up again in England during July 2020 following the easing of coronavirus restrictions. All attractions will now have in place new health and safety measures including advance booking and many places have imposed reduced visitor numbers. This means booking tickets well in advance will be important for the major attractions. We’ve made a list of some of the most popular attractions in England that are opening in July 2020.
Historical Sites Opening in July 2020
Highclere Castle opens for its summer season on Saturday 12th July 2020. Even before the corona crisis, tickets for Highclere got sold out quickly, so make sure to book well in advance!
Stonehenge will reopen on 4 July 2020, although the shuttle bus taking you from the visitor centre to the stone circle will now be reserved for those who need it.
Blenheim Palace is now open, including the Palace State Rooms. The Pleasure Gardens remain closed until 22nd July 2020.
The Roman Baths will open on Monday, 6th July, excluding the Pump Room
