Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal at the designated meeting point, holding a name board with your name on it. Full meeting instructions are clearly shown on your e-ticket.

If passport control or baggage collection takes longer than expected, that’s usually not a problem. An emergency contact number for your chauffeur is included on your e-ticket, and we kindly ask that you contact the chauffeur if you experience any delays. This allows you to wait comfortably and ensures everything continues smoothly.

Please note: St George’s Chapel is closed to visitors on Sundays. Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays from October to June and on Wednesdays year-round.

Entrance tickets are not included. After booking, we will contact you to assist with ticket arrangements.

The following are suggested timings for a private transfer from London or Heathrow Airport, based upon when Stonehenge and Windsor Castle opens to the public. You can choose to have a later pick-up time on our booking form.

Timings for Stonehenge

• 7:15-7:45am: Pick-up from your Central London hotel, , depending on location
• 8:00am: Pick-up from Heathrow Airport
• 9:30am: Arrival at Stonehenge for a two hour visit. (Stonehenge opens at 9:30am)
• 11:30am: Depart Stonehenge
• 12:30pm: Arrive at Southampton Cruise Terminal or your hotel
• 4:00pm: Cruise ship departure

If your cruise ship departs at 5:00pm the timings can be adjusted to 1-hour later. If departing at 6:00pm, then timings can be adjusted for 2 hours later.

Timings for Windsor Castle

• 8:30-9:00amPick-up from your Central London hotel, depending on hotel location
• 9:30am Pick-up from Heathrow Airport
• 10:00am: Arrival at Windsor Castle for a 2-hour visit
• 12:00pm: Leave Windsor Castle
• 1:15-1:30pm: Arrive at Southampton Cruise Terminal or your hotel
• 4:00pm: Cruise ship departs

If your cruise ship departs at 5:00pm the timings can be adjusted to 1-hour later. If departing at 6:00pm, then timings can be adjusted for 2 hours later.
