Our Wales day tour from Manchester takes you into the heart of the North Wales countryside. This is a small group tour and is accompanied by an experienced tour guide who will bring the region to life. Start the day with a drive along the coastal road, with dramatic sea views and incredible changing landscapes. Stopping at several points along the way, including the historic St Tudno Chapel, we’ll arrive at the UNESCO town of Conwy. We’ll visit Conwy Castle, considered one of the greatest medieval fortresses in Europe and have time for lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll drive into Snowdonia National Park, using off-the-beaten-track country roads to show you some of the most incredible views, and passing through typical towns and villages in the region. Finally, head back to Manchester passing Wales’s iconic steam railway station and the highest aqueduct in the world. Our Wales day tour departs every day from Manchester or Liverpool.
