• We normally suggest a pickup time of 08:30am from Southampton Cruise Terminal
• We arrive at Heathrow Airport between 1pm-1.30pm, stopping for 2 hours along the way at either Stonehenge or Windsor Castle
• If you would like to visit Stonehenge, please book your entrance tickets for 1 hour after your pickup time from Southampton
• If you would like to visit Windsor Castle, please book your entrance tickets for 1 hour 30 minutes after your pickup time from Southampton. Please note that Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
• Please note that we must arrive at least 2 hours at Heathrow Airport before your flight departs.

• We usually suggest a pickup time of 08:30am from Southampton Cruise Terminal
• The total trip takes between 5 hours and 5 hours 30 minutes, and we will stop for 2 hours along the way at either Stonehenge or Windsor Castle. Your exact dropoff time depends on your hotel location within the city
• If you would like to visit Stonehenge, please book your entrance tickets for 1 hour after your pickup time from Southampton
• If you would like to visit Windsor Castle, please book your entrance tickets for 1 hour 30 minutes after your pickup time from Southampton. Please note that Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

FAQ

What happens if we need to delay our pick up due to late flight arrival etc?

• We do not charge for amending your pickup time if your flight is delayed.
• If you miss your flight or are delayed getting through the airport, you must contact us ASAP using the phone number on the e-ticket, and we will do our best to accommodate a new pickup time. Do not email us, as our emails are not monitored 24/7. The driver waits for a maximum of 90 minutes after your flight lands. If you do not contact us within this period the driver will have to leave.
• It is recommended to have travel insurance to protect you from unforeseen delays or other factors beyond your control.

How can we contact our driver on the day?

After you book you’ll receive a booking confirmation email. Closer to your travel date, you will receive your e-ticket, with contact details for you to use on the day of travel if you need it.

What sort of vehicles do you use, and what is the luggage capacity?

We use executive vehicles with uniformed drivers. You will be met with a driver holding your name on a board. You can see our vehicle types and luggage capacity on the booking page.
