Transfer to Southampton Cruise Terminal (Included)
On departure day, the package includes a direct shared transfer to Southampton Cruise Terminal. (Optional upgrade to a private transfer available.)
• Pickup from your hotel between 9:45 am and 10:45 am, depending on location
• Driver assists with luggage at hotel pickup and again on arrival
• Arrival at Southampton Cruise Terminal between 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm
At the terminal, porters take care of your luggage while you proceed comfortably to check-in.

3. Optional Sightseeing During Transfer to Southampton
Instead of traveling directly to the port, you may upgrade your departure-day transfer to include a tour of either Windsor Castle or Stonehenge.
Pickup takes place from Central London hotels between 7:00 am and 8:15 am. Arrival at Southampton Cruise Terminal is between 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm.

4. Private Transfer to Southampton Cruise Terminal
Choose to include a private transfer directly from your hotel to Southampton Cruise Terminal in an executive vehicle with a professional uniformed driver. There is also an option to include 2-hours sightseeing at Stonehenge or Windsor Castle along the way.

Before you travel, you’ll receive a Welcome Pack confirming your flight details and meeting instructions. Please review this carefully to ensure all information is correct.
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall and will wait for up to 90 minutes from the time your flight lands.
All flights are monitored, so if your flight is delayed, your driver’s arrival time will automatically adjust.
If you think you may be delayed, please call the emergency number in your Welcome Pack as soon as possible so we can coordinate with the driver and assist you.
Your driver waits for up to 90 minutes from landing time, which is normally plenty of time to clear the airport.
If additional waiting is required, this may be possible depending on availability, but extra waiting charges may apply. If we do not hear from you, the driver may need to leave for their next assignment.
If your flight is cancelled or you miss it, please contact us as soon as possible using the emergency number in your Welcome Pack with your new flight details. We’ll do our best to adjust your transfer, subject to availability.
