If your flight arrives on the morning of the tour, please go to one of these hotels for the 09:00 am pickup (allow at least 2 hours after landing):

• Terminal 4 – Hilton Heathrow
• Terminal 5 – Sofitel Heathrow

These hotels are connected to the terminals by covered walkways.

Luggage & Mobility

Each traveler may bring:
• Two large suitcases (max 75 × 51 × 28 cm / 30 × 20 × 11 inches, 23 kg / 50 lbs each)
• One carry-on bag (max 55 × 40 × 20 cm / 22 × 16 × 8 inches, 10 kg / 22 lbs each)

Mobility aids such as wheelchairs or walkers must be approved in advance.
We require the full dimensions and weight to confirm they fit into the luggage hold. These items count as one piece of hold luggage.

Arrival at Southampton

On arrival, you are dropped directly at the cruise terminal. Our tour manager coordinates with porters, who will take your luggage, whilst you proceed to the check-in desk.
