Our small group tour is for just 18 persons, giving a more personalised day trip. Our tour begins at the Warner Brothers Studio. Enter the magical world of Harry Potter for a 4 hour visit and see the amazing movie sets and props. Learn about the techniques used to produce the special effects and prosthetics that created the mythical characters. Following the studio tour, we visit the ancient university town of Oxford for a walking tour of the second oldest university in the world founded in 1167 AD. A fascinating insight into this historic town from which famous students have left their mark on our world for over 900 years.
Warner Bros Studio Tour – The Making of Harry Potter
We begin the day with a 4-hour visit to the Warner Brothers Studios, where the Harry Potter films were created. Visit the actual sets and see the props used in the films. Enter Hogwarts Great Hall. Stroll along the spectacular Diagon Alley to the Gryffindor Common Room, Gringotts Wizarding Bank, and on to Privet Drive. Visit Hogsmeade Station and climb aboard the Hogwarts Express and so much more. Learn about prosthetics and see models and costumes used in the production of the film. It’s the ultimate tour for all Harry Potter fans.

In the early afternoon, we travel to Oxford for a guided tour of the historic town and its famous University, founded in 1167. You will see many of the famous colleges which make up the university such as All Souls, Magdellen and Christ’s Church College, as well as the Sheldonian Theatre and the Bodleian Library. You will enter The Divinity School, built in 1427AD; This is the oldest building still used by the university. We will pass along narrow cobblestone streets past ancient quadrangles following in the footsteps of former students and academics of the university including Lewis Carrol, who wrote Alice in Wonderland, Albert Einstein and President Bill Clinton.

- Return to London, arriving at approximately 8pm

- 08.00 : Outside Gloucester Road Tube station, meet at the station exit opposite Burger King
- 08:30 : Outside International Student House, 229 Great Portland Street, W1W 5PN. Nearest tube station is Great Portland Street
- 09.45: Arrive at the Warner Bros Studio Tour with a 4-hour visit
- 2pm: Depart the Warner Brosd Studio Tour
- 3.15pm: Arrive in Oxford
- 5.30pm: Depart Oxford
- 7.45pm: At the end of the tour, we will drop off at both locations. All timings are approximate, based on traffic conditions
