Our 3-day package includes a private transfer from the airport to your hotel, a sightseeing day tour of London, and a transfer to Southampton Cruise Terminal with optional sightseeing along the way.

This package is available on all dates when Royal Caribbean, Oceana, NCL, Carnival, Celebrity, Princess and Disney cruise ships depart from Southampton Cruise Terminal and are carefully coordinated with your cruise ships departure.

3-day Pre-Cruise London Package

Day 1 – Airport Transfer

• You will be greeted in the Arrivals Hall  at Heathrow or Gatwick Airport by a professional driver holding a board with your name on it,  Enjoy a direct transfer in an executive vehicle to your hotel
• Spend the rest of the day at your leisure

Day 2 – London Sightseeing Tour

• A driver will be waiting in your hotel lobby between 6.45am – 7am to take you to the tour departure point
• Enjoy a fully guided day tour of London. Begin with a panoramic tour passing some of London’s most famous landmarks, including Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament
• Enter inside St. Paul’s Cathedral with its magnificent architecture and domed roof. The Cathedral is where many royal ceremonies have taken place, including the wedding of the then Prince Charles and Princess Diana
• Stand outside the gates of Buckingham Palace to watch the Changing of the Guard Ceremony (subject to availability), that is a symbol of the British Monarchy
• Enjoy free time for lunch, and our guide will be happy to recommend places to eat
• Begin the afternoon with a visit to the Tower of London, a medieval fortress and historic royal palace. See the Crown Jewels and explore the White Tower
• End the day with a relaxing cruise along the River Thames, admiring famous waterside landmarks, including Tower Bridge, Shakespeare’s Globe and The London Eye
• The tour ends at the Southbank, which is conveniently located for you to continue exploring the city. There are also many places to eat in the area.

Day 3 – Transfer to Southampton Cruise Terminal

• A driver will meet you in your hotel lobby for a transfer to Southampton Cruise Terminal. Our standard transfer goes directly to Southampton, with a maximum of 6 passengers per vehicle. Pick up from your hotel is between 9,45 – 10.45am
• We also offer several upgrades, combining a transfer in a luxury coach with sightseeing along the way. Pick up from your hotel is between 7-8am. You can choose from the following options at checkout:
• A transfer including a 90-120 minutes visit to Stonehenge. See the stone circle that dates back almost 5,000 years, as well as the Neolithic village, Visitors Center, shop and cafe
• A transfer with a 90-120 minutes visit to Windsor Castle. See the State Apartments with lavish furnishings and priceless artworks. Step inside St George’s Chapel where Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip were laid to rest. (Please note that Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. St George’s Chapel is closed on Sundays)

Dropoff at Southampton:

• We will pick you up in the morning from your hotel in Central London. (You will receive the exact pickup time in your Welcome Pack)
• All our transfers from London to Southampton Cruise Terminal are carefully planned so that you will arrive at the Cruise Terminal between 1.30pm – 2.00pm
• You will arrive directly at your cruise terminal whilst porters will take care of your luggage
• We operate these transfers on an almost daily basis during the cruise ship season, and this is a convenient and comfortable way of traveling from London to Southampton Cruise Terminal
• In the extremely unlikely event that there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as a major traffic jam), we will be in direct contact with the port authorities and update them on our expected arrival time

Airport Pickup: 

• A driver will be waiting to greet you in the Arrivals Hall in the airport terminal, holding a board with your name on it
• All pickups include 90 minutes of waiting time. Should you be delayed getting through security or collecting your luggage, there is an emergency number to call us on
• We will track your flight. Should your flight be delayed, we will adjust our pickup time

Luggage

• Each passenger is allowed 2 items of hold luggage (maximum 23kg/50 lbs each) and 2 items of carry-on bags (maximum 10kg/22lbs each)

Mobility Aids

• You must contact us before booking if you are bringing a wheelchair or walker
• Please tell us the dimensions, weight and if there is a battery
• Mobility aids must be foldable and are counted as 1 item of hold luggage
