The Picasso exhibition takes place at the Royal Academy of Arts in London, from 25 January to 13 April 2020. The exhibition focuses on Picasso’s imaginative and creative use of paper throughout his 80-year career. In total, there will be over 300 works on display including Women at Their Toilette, Violin , Les Demoiselles d’Avignon and drawings including Self-portrait, 1918. A particular highlight will be La Vie, 1903, one of Picasso’s great masterpieces from his blue period. The exhibit will also explore the innovative techniques and materials that Picasso used to push the boundaries of this medium.
