There are several ways to get tickets to Downton Abbey when sold out. Highclere Castle (the real life Downton Abbey) is one of the most popular places to visit in England, with thousands of visitors each year. However, the castle has limited opening dates, and is only open about 65 days each year to the public and as such tickets get sold out very quickly and are hard to come by.
