Gauguin & the Impressionists Exhibition, Royal Academy of Arts, until 18 October 2020
Gauguin and the Impressionists exhibition takes place at the Royal Academy of Arts from 7th August to 18th October 2020. This is one of the most important art exhibitions in London during 2020, which will see over 60 works from major impressionists go on display. This includes a series of post-Impressionist paintings by Paul Gauguin, spanning the whole length of his career. This includes Portrait of a Young Woman, Vaïte (Jeanne) Goupil, 1896. The exhibition will also include pieces by Monet, Renoir, Pisarro, Degas and Manet. Highlights include Renoir’s Le Moulin de la Galette, and Degas Woman Arranging her Hair.
