Stonehenge Inner Circle: Special-Access Tours
Stonehenge is viewed from a roped path around the monument. Inner Circle tours are the exception: a small group is let inside the stones themselves, outside the site’s normal opening hours, with a dedicated guide. English Heritage manages access and slots are limited, so these tours cost more, run less often, and need booking further ahead than anything else on this page.

Why the Advertised Price Isn't the Full Story
The price most operators advertise is for the tour alone, without entry tickets to, for example, Stonehenge, Windsor Castle or the Roman Baths. In practice, almost every visitor adds at least one of these on top, and many add them all — so the advertised price rarely reflects what you'll actually pay. Because the full, all-in price usually only appears once you're partway through an operator's own booking process, it can be genuinely difficult to compare tours fairly. The operator with the lowest advertised price isn't always the cheapest once entry tickets are added — sometimes it's the opposite.
