England will play Switzerland in a friendly match at Leicester City’s King Power Stadium on 11 September 2018. The last time England lost to Switzerland was in 1981, but the Swiss have proven to be a formidable football force recently, having reached the round of 16 in the 2018 Russia World Cup. This will be the second match that England play following the recent outstanding performance in the World Cup, and the team will be hoping to continue that form.
