England play Spain at Wembley Stadium on 8th September 2018. This will be England’s first match as part of the brand new tournament called UEFA National League, which will see England play other top teams throughout the year in a series of group matches. The winners of the group stages will face off in the finals later next year. This is the first match England will play following their amazing 2018 World Cup result, reaching the semi-finals in Russia, and the side will be hoping to keep up the momentum. The last time England and Spain met was in November 2016, where the match ended in a 2-2 draw.
